Return Process

  Ensure your Oodie is in its original condition, unworn, and still has the tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
